A medina address, since 2012

Barouk 155 is a warm room of carved wood and zellij, a terrace on the derb, and a kitchen that refuses to choose between tradition and the modern.

Since 2012

Two kitchens, one table

Opened in 2012 at Bab Doukkala, Barouk 155 made its name serving the Moroccan cooking you know (chicken tajine with preserved lemon and olives, couscous, pastilla), alongside generous street food: spit-roasted shawarma, tacos, burgers and stuffed batbout.

The idea is simple: good ingredients, plates made with care, honest prices, in a room where you feel at home. We welcome medina neighbours and passing travellers alike, and cards are accepted.
